Our client is a well-established and human-sized service provider located in Luxembourg.
To support their Finance team, they are looking for a new member to join them.
As an Assistant to the Finance Team, you will liaise and support the different departments (audit, accounting and corporate ones).
You will perform different administrative tasks : collecting the documentation, drafting the ad-hoc documents and reports, doing follow-ups, proofreading, organising and archiving information.
Other tasks can be done such as support on payroll or secretary matters.
- An academic background in Economics, Accounting or Administration ;
- You have gained a similar experience ideally within a fiduciary or audit firm ;
- You are perfectly fluent in English, German and French ;
- You are self-organised, pay attention to details and able to work on own initiative ;
- You are pro-active, team-player and able to adapt.
